El actor venezolano Alejandro Nones forma parte ahora de ese círculo de estrellas del cine, amigos de Chopard, eligiendo las creaciones de Chopard para promocionar sus películas, la última, La Caja dirigida por Lorenzo Vigas – compitió en la 78 Edición del Festival de Cine de Venecia.

Desde que en 2007 se le viera en las pantallas mexicanas en Lola, érase una vez producida por Pedro Damián, Alejandro Nones se ha convertido en estos años en un actor muy conocido en la cinematografía latinoamericana, y actualmente gracias a su papel como Rodolfo Lazcano en la serie de Netflix ¿Quién mató a Sara?, su fama es reconocida internacionalmente.

En la 78 Edición del Festival de Cine de Venecia en septiembre de 2021, apareció con Caroline Scheufele para promocionar su última película La Caja dirigida por Lorenzo Vigas, que se presentó en competición oficial. Caroline Scheufele copresidenta y directora artística de Chopard y ferviente amante del cine, tuvo la oportunidad de expresar su admiración y respeto por el actor venezolano al que ha elegido como “amigo” de la Casa para representar el espíritu de las colecciones de hombre.

“Es un gran honor asociar un actor talentoso como Alejandro Nones con la imagen de nuestra Casa. Como perfecto gentleman, es sensible a las preocupaciones de Chopard sobre ética y Alta Relojería. Espero que le acompañemos en los logros de su brillante carrera” dijo Caroline Scheufele.

Manual winding tourbillon movement with hours and minutes

Two men, each with a dream. A dream of pushing back the boundaries of time, or those of performance. One of them on clay, keeping his eyes on the ball; the other with his face turned to time itself. Yet both combine technique, harmony and accuracy while resisting the hard knocks, and inevitable shocks of sporting life.

For Rafael Nadal, ‘unstoppable’ is the word that best expresses the spirit of Richard Mille and his teams. Achieving the impossible. This has been the brand’s credo for the past decade in designing the unique pieces worn by the Spaniard on the world’s tennis courts. And the latest product of their partnership, the RM 27-04, is no exception to this golden rule.

The RM 27-04 balances a lightweight design–at 30 grams including the strap–with tremendous resistance. Its tourbillon calibre, which is suspended within the case, can resist accelerations of more than 12,000 g’s, a record for Richard Mille. The movement is entirely supported by a micro-blasted mesh just 855 square millimetres in surface, comprised of a single cable in braided steel measuring 0.27mm in diameter, and held in place by two tensioners in PVD-treated 5N gold. This construction is unprecedented in the world of watchmaking.

Inspired by the same principle as the strings of a tennis racquet, the watchmaker anchors the steel cable to a tensioner positioned at 5 o’clock and then begins to create the mesh, tying each of the main strings before adding the cross strings. Weaving above and below the main strings, the cable passes 38 times through the hollow bezel in grade 5 titanium before finishing in a tensioner positioned at 10 o’clock. The movement is positioned diagonally, connected to the mesh by five grade 5 polished titanium hooks with 5N gold PVD coating that extend from the back of the baseplate.

However, the singularities of the RM 27-04 do not end with its mesh. The case, with its sandblasted and polished surfaces, is also innovative in its use of an exclusive material, TitaCarb®. This highperformance polyamide has been strengthened with a 38.5% carbon fibre content.

This addition of carbon gives TitaCarb® exceptional tensile strength—370 MPa (3,700 kg/cm2)—making it one of the most resistant polymers in the world.

This new model fits in perfectly with the previous watch collections created for the Spanish champion. It is unique in more ways than one, as it also marks the 10th anniversary of the partnership between

Rafael Nadal and Richard Mille. Initially a purely professional rapport, the collaboration between the 12-time French Open winner and the founder of the brand that bears his name has since turned into a solid friendship. A ‘ very special’ relationship, according to the Majorcan, this friendship grows constantly from their mutual trust and admiration for their respective careers.

The RM 27-04 is the new ally on court for ‘ Rafa’, whose shortened version of his name is engraved on the case band. This watch, a limited edition of 50 pieces, will accompany Rafael Nadal in his quest for new trophies.

En tu opinión, ¿qué hace que Gianlucca Vachi sea un instagramer exitoso?

Creo que es porque muestro cómo es mi vida realmente. Quiero conectar con mis seguidores a nivel personal a través de Instagram. Y, por supuesto, mucha gente también quiere ver mi estilo de vida. Entiendo que no es algo que mucha gente tenga y me siento muy honrado por ello.

¿Tu día a día es cómo aparece en instagram?

Sí, eso es correcto. Realmente quiero mostrarle a la gente mi estilo de vida y es por eso que le doy a las personas una idea a través de Instagram. Creo que Instagram es el medio perfecto para eso.

Acaba de lanzar su nueva canción “Love” junto con Sebastian Yatra para la Copa Mundial de Rusia. ¿Cómo te convertiste en Dj y ahora cantante?

Estoy muy orgulloso del tema, ahora también se ha convertido en la canción oficial de la Copa Mundial. Hubo un cierto momento en mi vida en el que decidí que quería perseguir mis sueños. Era financieramente independiente y siempre me apasionó la música, así que es por eso que comencé mi carrera de DJ.

¿Tiene otros proyectos de noticias particularmente entusiasmados con el momento?

Para el verano tendré mi propia residencia en Ibiza en el prestigioso club Amnesia, que estoy muy emocionado y orgulloso. ¡La fiesta se llama VIBRA! ¡Y es realmente algo diferente y original! Algunos de los mejores artistas de música latina se unirán a mí en el escenario, como: Luis Fonsi, Sebastian Yatra, Becky G y Willy William.

¿Te atreves a todo?

Hmm, eso depende de lo que sea … Pero creo que soy un poco temerario.

En un mundo tan competitivo, ¿qué hay que destacar?

Debes ser especial y destacar, mostrar tu vida real en lugar de solo fingir. Hay mucha gente tratando de tener éxito en Instagram y creo que solo tienes éxito cuando imaginas la verdad sobre tu vida.

Tienes una pasión por los coches de gama alta. ¿Puedes contarnos más sobre eso?

Supongo que podrías decir que sí, tengo algunos autos hermosos. Es solo una pasión que creo que muchos hombres también tienen.

A lo largo del año, hemos visto que ha estado viajando mucho en su jet privado. ¿Cómo te las arreglas para mantenerte tan en forma? ¿Podrías darnos algunos consejos sobre cómo convertirte en un caballero como tú?

Intento entrenar cada vez que tengo tiempo. Tengo un gimnasio en mis diferentes casas, así que puedo tener acceso a el fácilmente. Por supuesto, con un horario de viaje tan intenso a veces es difícil mantenerse al día, pero me parece muy importante cuidar mi cuerpo. Tanto mental como físicamente, así que realmente es un punto de enfoque en mi vida. No tengo muchos consejos … ¡solo come y bebe saludablemente y trabaja!

¿Qué moda y joyas de lujo recomendarías?

Hay muchas joyas bonitas y de gran calidad. Te recomiendo que siempre adaptes tus joyas con lo que estás llevando. Por ejemplo, me gustan mucho los relojes Vintage Cartier. Clásico y con estilo!

Y finalmente, ¿cuál es el significado de tu vida?

Me gusta entretener a la gente, Así que es por eso que me gustaría verme como un “artista mundial”. Quiero hacer felices a las personas y disfrutar la vida al máximo.
